On September 22, 2015, Microsoft offered a limited release of Office 2016 for PC to general consumers through their Office 365 subscriptions. Availability of Office 2016 for PC through Penn State's enterprise educational contract is expected in October. At that time, student no- cost download and faculty/staff work-at-home versions will be offered on pennstate.onthehub.com.  In addition, departmental DVD and downloadable media will become available on software.psu.edu and downloads.its.psu.edu.

Software at Penn State will announce when these options become available.
