This is a per user license that allows a single user to backup up to 4 PCs. 1 license per user. 1 license cannot be shared among multiple users. Any user that has data backed up in CrashPlan actively or in cold storage needs a license.

If your unit is new to CrashPlan please email psulss@psu.edu prior to placing any orders. CrashPlan licenses require IT Staff for administration and deployment.

The Local IT unit will be required to provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for CrashPlan. Tier 3 support will be provided by the vendor.
